About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Agent to represent our clients in the live streaming entertainment industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of industry contacts, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping talent achieve success. The Talent Agent will be responsible for managing and negotiating contracts, securing gigs, and offering career advice and guidance to clients. The Talent Agent should be knowledgeable about the industry trends, understand the different types of entertainment projects available, and be able to identify potential opportunities for client. Pay is commission based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Represent and manage the careers of live streamers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, other agents, and other industry professionals
- Negotiate contracts, including salary, working conditions, and other terms and conditions
- Secure live stream events, campaigns and other opportunities for clients
- Provide career advice and guidance to clients, including developing marketing strategies and identifying potential career paths.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the entertainment industry
- Attend industry events and network with other professionals in the field
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client activities and contracts
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Agent or similar role in the entertainment industry
- Strong network of industry contacts and relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of the entertainment industry, including different types of projects, casting processes, and industry trends
- Ability to identify potential opportunities for clients and negotiate favorable terms
- Must be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.
