About the Role
As a Live Streaming Talent Recruiter at Influential Talent Agency, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top live streaming talent to join our agency. You will work closely with our clients, including brands and content creators, to understand their live streaming needs and source qualified candidates who can deliver engaging and high-quality live content. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in recruiting, a deep understanding of the live streaming landscape, and excellent communication skills. Pay is commission based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top live streaming talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including social media, industry events, and talent databases.
- Conduct screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for our agency and clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the live streaming industry to effectively identify and evaluate talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating contracts and onboarding new talent.
Requirements
-Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the live streaming or entertainment industry.
- Deep knowledge of the live streaming landscape, including popular platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality talent to our clients.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and talent databases for sourcing and attracting candidates.
- A passion for live streaming and a genuine interest in helping talent develop successful careers in the industry.
